In this paper,the grain safety was analyzed from the aspects of quantity,quality and sustainable development,and a case study was made in the Baota District of Yan an,a hilly and gully area of the Loess Plateau.
本文从粮食的数量、质量和持续发展三个方面分别对粮食安全进行分析,并以位于黄土高原丘陵沟壑区的延安市宝塔区为例进行实例研究,结果表明,延安市宝塔区的粮食并不能完全满足小康水平的400kg。
