韦克斯勒智力测验是继比纳-西蒙智力量表后的又一个重要的智力测验,在世界上广泛使用,测验所得到的智商也有通用性,但是随着现代智力理论的新发展,韦克斯勒智力测验也受到了一定的影响,显现了两个不足之处:测验编制的理论基础不全面,测量误差的控制不完善。
Objective: To evaluate the cognitive function in epilepsy patients with Wechsler intelligence scale and to analyze influence factors on cognitive function by comparing intelligence quotient(IQ).
目的:以韦克斯勒智力量表(wechsler intelligence scale,WIS)为标准评价癫痫患者认知功能状况,并通过记录癫痫患者的起病年龄、病程、发作频率、发作类型以及汉密尔顿(HAMILTON)焦虑量表值、脑电图及影像学检查结果,比较其智商值(intelligence quotient,IQ),并进行认知功能影响因素分析,从而为临床寻找有效防治认知功能损害方法。
