In order to study the moving characteristic on placement control of hydraulic pressure servo system,an electric simulator of the plant system is designed based on mathematic model and the experiment study of the half physics simulation has be done focusing on the control of hydraulic pressure servo system by digital controller of DSP.

为解决聚丙烯装置气蒸罐处理量增大带来的料位控制系统无法稳定运行的问题,对此料位控制系统进行了2次技术改造:更换了预紧力较大的预紧弹簧;在料位监控回路中加装了延时抗干扰继电器回路,延时时间根据气蒸罐处理量的变化调整范围为5～90s。
