By means of experimental investigation into serial communication of one-chip computer, the operating pr1nciple and the programing method of full duplex serial communication are analyzed through some typical examples, and the applying methods of serial communicating modes 1, 2 and 3 of MCS-51 type of one-chip computer put forward.
