The construction and deformation characteristics of two roll cone shaped roll piercer and three roll barrel type piercer were analyzed.
对比分析了二辊斜轧锥形辊穿孔机与三辊斜轧鼓形辊穿孔机的结构和变形特点,并通过现场试验,比较了两种不同穿孔方式对坯料的适应性及对钢管表面质量的影响,得出二辊斜轧锥形辊穿孔机无论在穿孔能力、轧机稳定性方面,还是在产品尺寸精度和表面质量方面都具有明显优势。
