The experimental results indicated that using PbO 2/Pb or PbO 2/Ti as anode,Pb as cathode and Nafion 417 membrane as cation exchange membrane and at reaction temperature about 60 ℃,a high average current efficiency(about 75%) could be attained.
实验表明 ,使用Nafion417阳离子交换膜 ,PbO2 /Pb或PbO2 /Ti为阳极 ,Pb为阴极 ,极间距 3mm ,电解温度 6 0℃ ,阴极液硫酸的质量分数约为 5 % ,当保持电解后的铬液中w(Cr6+ ) =13%时 ,平均电流效率达 75 %左右。
