分析了整个缸盖砂芯下模体的加工工艺,介绍了所用软件cimatron及加工内腔所用的5个程序,并列出了所用刀具及参数,生成了加工程序G代码,实际证明,该加工方法在精度达到要求的前提下,大大提高了加工效率。
