The surface films respectively formed by 5454 Al-Mg alloy tube and pure aluminium tube in carbonated solution were studied using AES, XPS, SIMS and CWT.
本文用Ａｕｇｅｒ电子能谱（ＡＥＳ）、Ｘ射线光电子能谱（ＸＰＳ）、二次离子质谱（ＳＩＭＳ）及耐腐蚀磨损性能试验（ＣＷＴ）等方法，对５４５４铝镁合金管与工业纯铝管在碳化液介质中形成的表面膜进行了研究。
