The effects of microwave power, pellet weight, heating time and temperature on the strength of microwave irradiated iron ore pellets are studied and compared to samples preheated in a tubular electric furnace.
结果表明:磁铁矿和赤铁矿对微波具有良好的吸收性能,在较低反应温度和较短时间条件下获得的球团矿强度指标明显优于管炉预热,采用微波加热方法有望解决有机粘结剂铁矿球团预热阶段强度差的问题。
