By comparing the traditional contract mode "ABB" and a new contract mode "design-build",and combining with some existed disadvantages of traditional modes,this paper analyses the advantages of "design-build" contract and application problems,and gives some suggestions for related companies to adapt this contract mode as soon as possible.
本文通过对项目建设的一种传统承包模式"甲乙乙"和一种新型承包模式"设计-施工统包法"的比较,结合传统模式存在的一些弊病,提出并分析设计-施工统包法的优势及目前国内实施此承包模式存在的问题,以及国内相关单位尽快适应这种承包模式的建议。
