The refractoriness,room temperature strength and expansion coefficient of vitrified bonds with different Na2O content were investigated.
发现结合剂的耐火度随Na2O含量的增加而降低;结合剂中Na2O含量对由结合剂和金刚石磨料制得的力学试条的强度有很大影响,结合剂Na2O含量较低时,随Na2O含量的增加,力学试样抗弯强度提高。
The effect of aluminum additive on the properties of Na2O-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 vitrified bond and its grinding tool were studied in this paper by means of refractoriness testing,fluidity testing,bending strength measurement,SEM and XRD analysis.
