通过吨黄磷入炉成本、电炉电耗成本、电炉化料量等与黄磷电炉容量之间关系的数据,说明黄磷生产效益随电炉容量增大而提高,大中型容量的黄磷电炉有利于应用创新技术提高混合炉料化料量降低电炉电耗,故提出为提高效益,应采用大容量(2万kVA)黄磷电炉,针对大容量黄磷电炉产率低提出几点建议。
