The total numbers of colony of food samples with different dilucents and different inoculative methods are compared with each other in this paper.
对样品分别以不同稀释液及接种方法所测得的菌落总数进行了比较，结果表明，多数食品以０１％蛋白胨水为稀释液时效果最好，磷酸盐缓冲液次之，接种方法涂布法优于倾注法。
