纺织品中含铅的主要原因是采用含铅染化料、助剂和附件饰品,美国和欧洲法律与标准中对纺织品含铅均有明确的限量要求,我国个别企业的油墨印花中采用的铅系颜料和含铅干燥剂、PVC涂层采用铅作稳定剂、服装加工时采用含铅金属附件或饰品等,容易导致纺织品含铅超标,形成铅暴露和危害,部分出口纺织品被召回,含铅纺织品问题日益得到人们的关注。
