Pointed at the problems exited in four roll crusher operation,such as higher fault ratio,larger consumption of spares,and lower percentage of passing coke breeze,many modifications on crusher roller structure,roller gaps adjusting device,and roller driven device were conducted by the LIANGANG sintering plant.
涟钢炼铁厂烧结车间针对四辊破碎机故障率高、备件消耗大,以及焦粉破碎合格低等问题,对破碎辊结构、辊隙调整装置以及驱动装置进行了改进,取得了很好的效果。
