In this paper,the influence of three surface treatment techniques incld ding as high -frequency quenching,complex heat treatment a dding ion -intriding and high -frequ ency quenching,and complex heat treatment +shot peening on properti es of 40Cr steel were studied.

In this paper,the comprehensive mechanical properties and service life of casting molds for current transformers are improved greatly by use of complex heat treatment including annealing,quenching and tempering,stress relieving,while the exterior quality of the products is guaranteed.

Using composite ausform method,the fine-grained mechanism of TC4 alloy with overheating structure was investigated in the paper.
文章采用形变复合热处理方法对过热组织TC4钛合金进行了组织细化机理及超塑性能研究,结果表明,(α+β)两相区的低温多火次不均匀大变形能增加变形体内的畸变能,提高α和β晶粒的再结晶形核率;提高锻造后的冷却速度能抑制冷却过程中α相在β晶界和晶内的形核和长大,并形成马氏体组织(α′),细针状α′在随后加热锻造时容易破断并形成细小α晶粒;变形后800℃再结晶退火使α相进一步球化,最终形成两相分开度较大的、均匀细小的等轴α+β转变组织,经测定α晶粒直径为2μn~5μn。
