本文从经济伦理规范的角度,对我国城市二元劳动力市场进行了分析,指出其存在的主要伦理缺陷有:农民工与城市正式职工相比,社会地位存在严重的身份歧视;就业选择缺乏机会公平;劳动报酬缺乏经济公平;劳动力形成过程缺乏起点公平以及劳动权益保障缺乏结果公平。
