In the present study, an intergranular amorphous phase was successfully induced in the Nd_2Fe_(14)B/α-Fe nanocomposite magnets by controlling the process of the melt solidification by changing the wheel speed.

The results show that niobium addition promotes the formation of amorphous phase and stabilizes the amorphous phase.

At different annealing temperatures,the magnetic properties,saturation magnetostriction and Curie temperature of amorphous phase of the Co_(66)Fe_4Mo_2Si_(16)B_(12) alloy were investigated by a ballistic galvanometer,small-angle magnetization tester and core tester.
