The electrolytic reduction of uranyl nitrate with ruthenized titanium net anode and titanium plate cathode has been studied.
研究了在ＵＯ２（ＮＯ３）２－ＨＮＯ３－Ｎ２Ｈ５ＮＯ３体系中，以镀钌钛网为阳极，钛板为阴极电解还原制备铀（Ⅳ）的方法；探讨了电流密度，肼浓度，铀浓度，硝酸浓度以及隔膜等对铀（Ⅵ）电解还原的影响，确定了电解还原制备铀（Ⅳ）最佳的工艺条件；在隔膜电解时，Ｕ（Ⅵ）的还原率可达１００％，而无隔膜电解还原时，Ｕ（Ⅵ）的还原率为６２％。
