The results indicated that,because of controlling of the chemical compositions and inoculation treatment were unsuitably given,so that some rough primary graphite presented itself wedge angle block structure,and strength and toughness of the body were seriously weakened,thus the body to fracture was caused.
结果表明,开裂的主要原因是由于化学成分的控制和铸造孕育处理不当,致使粗大的初生石墨呈尖角块状,对基体有严重的削弱作用,从而铸件脆性增大,强度下降,导致机体开裂。
